Privacy Policy
What personal information this website collects, why we collect it, who else can see it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.
The short version. This website has no cookies, no analytics and no trackers of any kind. The only personal information we hold is what you type into the quote form and send us on purpose. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we never will. Email support@webnestcreate.com at any time and we will delete it.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Grayson Zielke, a sole proprietor trading as WebNest, based in the State of Wisconsin, United States. We design and build websites for small businesses.
For any question about your personal information, contact support@webnestcreate.com. There is no separate privacy department — the message comes straight to the owner.
2. What we collect
Only what you submit through the quote form. Nothing on this site collects information about you in the background.

The form also contains one hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam bots, and anything typed into it causes the submission to be discarded rather than sent. Nothing from that field is stored.
Our website hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for security and to keep the site running. This is ordinary technical logging that every website has, it is not used to build a profile of you, and we do not analyse it. We have not enabled Vercel's optional analytics product.
3. What we do not collect
Plain English: if you read this site and never fill in the form, we have no idea you were here.
This website does not use:
- Cookies. None. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner.
- Analytics. No Google Analytics, no page-view counters, no heatmaps or session recording.
- Advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no ad networks, no remarketing, no cross-site tracking.
- Third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. Every file the page loads comes from our own domain, so no other company is told that you visited.
- Browser storage. Nothing is written to local storage or session storage.
We do not buy personal information from anyone, and we do not sell, rent or trade yours. We have never done so and have no plans to.
4. Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you decide to go ahead — deliver the work and keep the records a business is expected to keep. That is the entire purpose.
We will not add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters because you asked for a quote. If we ever start sending marketing email, it will be to people who have separately asked for it.
5. Who else can see it
Your enquiry is handled by a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Beyond those, we share your information only where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid legal request — or where you have asked us to.
Our providers may store data on servers in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the US, please be aware that your information will be handled there.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. This lets us pick up the thread if you come back to us later.
- Clients — project records and correspondence are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require.
- Records of Terms acceptance — kept alongside the enquiry they relate to, since they are evidence of what was agreed.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 8.
7. How it is protected
The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit.
Form submissions go into a database configured so that the public website can add an enquiry but cannot read, change or delete anything. Even someone inspecting this site's code cannot use it to retrieve other people's enquiries — we have tested this specifically.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. But we do not keep information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.
8. Your choices and rights
Email support@webnestcreate.com and we will:
- Tell you what we hold about you;
- Correct anything wrong;
- Delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it — for example completed-project records needed for tax purposes;
- Send you a copy in a readable format.
We aim to respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under law as well as under this policy. We extend them to everyone who contacts us regardless of location, because drawing lines between people based on their address seemed like the wrong way to handle it.
Because we do not track you, there is nothing to opt out of. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected by default, in the sense that we were never collecting anything to begin with.
9. Client projects
This policy covers information you give us through this website.
When we build a website for a client, we may be given access to that client's own systems and to personal information belonging to their customers. In that situation we act on the client's instructions, we use that access only to do the work agreed, we do not use their customers' information for our own purposes, and we return or remove our access when the project ends. Confidentiality obligations are set out in clause 17 of our Terms of Service.
If you are a customer of one of our clients, that business's own privacy policy governs your information — not this one.
10. Children
This website is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — for example if we add analytics, or start using an email marketing tool — we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top before the change takes effect.
Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried. We will not apply a new policy retrospectively to information already collected under an older one without telling you.

If you add analytics, advertising pixels, live chat, email marketing or any third-party embed, this page stops being accurate and must be updated. A privacy policy that misdescribes what a business does is a bigger problem than not having one.
