No templates, and no packages you have to squeeze yourself into. We look at what you actually need, then quote one fixed price in writing. Three things decide what that price is.
Scope
How many pages you need, and how much we're designing from scratch. A five-page site for a trade business is a different job from a twenty-page site with staff profiles and separate service areas.
Features
An online store, online booking, a blog, a customer login, card payments. Every extra moving part adds build and testing time, so we price it in the open rather than burying it in a package.
Content
Whether you already have your words and photos, or you'd like us to write and source them for you. Bringing your own keeps the cost down — and if you'd rather not, that's what we're here for.

How much does a website cost?
There's no fixed price list, because there's no fixed website — a five-page site for a trade business and a twenty-page online store are very different jobs. We look at your scope, features and content on a free consultation, then quote one fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long will it take to build?
We quote a firm launch date in your proposal, and for most small business sites that's 2–4 weeks from the day we receive your content. Larger online stores take longer — and we'll tell you that upfront rather than after you've paid.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you want to use, and a rough idea of what you want to say. If your content isn't ready, the Business plan includes professional copywriting for every page — so you barely have to lift a finger.
Do I own the website when it's finished?
Yes — completely. The domain, the hosting account, the design and the files are all registered in your name. There's no lock-in, and if you ever want to move to another provider we'll help you transfer everything.
Can you redesign my existing website instead?
Yes. We'll audit what you've got, tell you honestly whether it's worth updating or rebuilding from scratch, and quote accordingly. If updating is the cheaper and better option, that's what we'll recommend.
What happens after the site goes live?
You get 30 days of free support for any fixes or tweaks. After that you can add a care plan from $59/month covering hosting, backups, security updates and unlimited small edits. It's optional, and you can cancel any time.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You review and approve the design before a single line of code is written, and we revise it until you're happy. You pay nothing until that approval — so there's no risk in starting.
Will my website work on phones?
Every site we build is designed for phones first, then scaled up for tablets and desktops. Most local searches happen on a phone, so that's the screen we design for before any other.
